Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use services.ecomninja.co.uk and when you book a free growth audit with us. Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
1. Who we are
Ecom Ninja, trading from Wymers Close, Burnham, Slough SL1 8JR, United Kingdom. Registered company name and number: [INSERT registered name and Companies House number]. Contact: hello@ecomninja.co.uk, +44 7802 852016.
2. Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an audit. You agree not to submit false details, use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit automated or bulk enquiries.
3. The free audit
- The audit is a consultation of approximately 30 minutes, provided free of charge.
- Booking an audit does not create any ongoing obligation on either side, and you are under no obligation to purchase anything.
- We offer audits subject to availability and may decline or reschedule a request, for example where it falls outside the services we provide.
- Audits are held Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
- Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can if you need to cancel or rearrange. We may treat repeated no-shows as a withdrawn request.
- The audit is general commercial guidance based on what we can see at the time. It is not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in those fields.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular level of sales, revenue, profit, ranking, advertising performance or account outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, stock position, budget, competition and the policies of the marketplaces you sell on. Any figures, case studies or testimonials on this site describe the experience of specific clients and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
5. Marketplace and third-party platforms
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Meta, Google or any other platform. Those platforms set their own rules and may change them at any time. You remain responsible for your own account and for complying with the terms of the platforms you sell on.
6. Account access
Where our work requires access to your accounts, you will grant it through the platform's own permissions system, at the lowest level sufficient for the work. We will never ask you for your password, and you should not send one to us.
7. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an audit or engagement will be treated as confidential and used only to advise and serve you. We will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or where required by law. We will not name you as a client publicly without your permission.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and graphics on this site belong to Ecom Ninja or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy our content without written permission. Written audit findings we send you are yours to use within your own business.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because the audit is provided free of charge:
- we provide the site and the free audit on an "as is" basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law;
- we are not liable for business losses (including lost profit, lost revenue, lost sales, loss of data or loss of goodwill) arising from your use of this site or from acting on guidance given during a free audit;
- our total liability in connection with the free audit is limited to £100.
Liability for paid services is set out in the relevant service agreement.
10. If you are a consumer
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Our services are generally supplied to businesses, but where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights apply in addition to these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you submit an enquiry is the version that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
