Is the audit really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no charge, and nothing to buy at the end of it. We'd obviously like to work with you, but you'll get the fix list either way. It's the most honest advert we have.
What do you need from me beforehand?
Your store link and a rough revenue figure is enough. If you want us to go deeper, you can share read-only report access before the call, but that's entirely optional and we'll never ask for your password.
When are you available?
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time. We're closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you're in another time zone, pick whichever slot in that window works for you. The calendar shows times in your local zone automatically.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. You'll speak with a strategist who works on accounts day to day, generally one of the people who'd be on yours.
Do you work with sellers outside the UK?
Yes. We work across UK, EU, US and UAE marketplaces, with teams in the UK and Pakistan covering both time zones.
What does it cost if I do want help afterwards?
It depends on scope. A single PPC rebuild is very different from full A-Z management. We'll give you a clear, fixed quote after the audit, in writing, with no obligation to accept it.
